[Food]Prahett Chien


Ingredients:

500g frest fish paste
2 stalk of green onion
1 teaspoon of black pepper
3 garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon fish sauce

Preparation:

1. Pound them together till it mix very well
2. Roll it into small ball and deep fry till golden brown.
3. Slice into pieces
4. Serve with white rice or serve in khmer noddle salad with sweet sour fish sauce topped with crunched peanuts.
