Ingredient:
- Cooked pork shred or shrimp
- peanut crunch or rosted rice crunch
- khmer white noodle
- carrot shreds
- cucumber
- mints
- peanut crunch or rosted rice crunch
- green lettuce
- rice paper
Preparation:
1. Mix the meat with crunch peanut or roasted rice crunch.
2. Soak the rice paper sheet in warm water, lay flat on a plate.
3. place the meat, and other vegies inside, wrap and roll it nicely.
4. serve it with sweet/sour fish sauce.
