[Salad] Spring Rolls



Ingredient:

  • Cooked pork shred or shrimp
  • peanut crunch or rosted rice crunch
  • khmer white noodle
  • carrot shreds
  • cucumber
  • mints
  • peanut crunch or rosted rice crunch
  • green lettuce
  • rice paper

Preparation:

1. Mix the meat with crunch peanut or roasted rice crunch.
2. Soak the rice paper sheet in warm water, lay flat on a plate.
3. place the meat, and other vegies inside, wrap and roll it nicely.
4. serve it with sweet/sour fish sauce.
