Ingredient:
- ripe banana
- red mung beans
- coconut milk
- sugar
- salt
- sweet rice
Direction:
- Soak the sweet rice with water the night before.
- drain the rice on the next day.
- mix the rice with steamed red mung beans, coconut milk, sugar and a bit of salt.
- lay the rice on a piece of banana leaf
- put a piece of banana in the middle. wrap it and steam it till cook.
