[Dessert] Ansom Chek


Ingredient:

  • ripe banana
  • red mung beans
  • coconut milk
  • sugar
  • salt
  • sweet rice




Direction:

  1. Soak the sweet rice with water the night before.
  2. drain the rice on the next day.
  3. mix the rice with steamed red mung beans, coconut milk, sugar and a bit of salt.
  4. lay the rice on a piece of banana leaf
  5. put a piece of banana in the middle. wrap it and steam it till cook.
